Simon acts for clients on a range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on company and partnership disputes, civil fraud, complex contractual claims, defamation and high value professional negligence actions. His practice primarily consists of High Court and Appellate litigation and he has achieved success for his clients in matters before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Simon also has extensive experience of mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Simon graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Law before completing the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law in London.
