Zara is a senior associate in the real estate team where she advises on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, developments and financings.

Zara qualified in March 2016 and has wide-ranging experience in commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant work, property developers including funding and real estate aspects to restructuring and insolvency deals.

Zara prioritises building relationships with clients to understand where real estate fits in their wider commercial strategy.

Zara joined Hill Dickinson in March 2023 from Shoosmiths where she was a member of the real estate team for 7 years.

Zara has a BA hons in Art History from the University of Manchester and obtained her GDL from Keele University and LPC from BBP Law School.
