Patient Safety Network

Join us at our inaugural meeting of our national patient safety network.

Our first session will cover the newly published Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and will focus on the practical aspects of implementation, providing an interactive forum for delegates to work with their local network.

We will be joined by a number of early adopters, including the Assistant Director of Patient Safety and Effectiveness at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. We will be drawing upon their invaluable experiences to share with the group practical tips and common pitfalls, to assist you to effectively transition to PSIRF.

We will also be exploring more widely how the new Framework impacts other stakeholders, including coronial investigations, to better support you to navigate these changes and improve patient outcomes.

This will be the first in a series of events focused upon PSIRF and wider patient safety issues.
