Hill Dickinson’s Kiran Bhogal announced as Healthcare Lawyer of the Year (London) 2023 in annual Best Lawyers® guide

Kiran Bhogal, partner and head of Hill Dickinson’s London Healthcare team, has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading lawyers for her work in healthcare law.

Kiran is listed in the 2023 edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom™ and is selected, in addition, as the publication’s Lawyer of the Year for Healthcare: London, 2023. Only one lawyer in each practice area and community is eligible to receive a Lawyer of the Year award.

Kiran has over 30 years’ experience in NHS and public sector work with a broad practice including inquests, mental health, Court of Protection and advisory work. She advises on a broad range of issues from judicial reviews, complex and sensitive inquests, mental health law, complaints handling, medical ethics, Court of Protection and patient care issues, to clinical and corporate governance issues, public consultation duties, commissioning decisions, practitioner performance, policies and procedures.

In April 2022 Hill Dickinson announced Kiran as its first head of office for London as part of the firm’s move to better manage local issues, communications and engagement.
