Sheinaz Stansfield is a Quality Improvement Manager at Oxford Terrace and Rawling Road Medical Group. She was previously a Managing Partner at this multi-award-winning practice in Gateshead, and Director of Transformation for Birtley & Central Gateshead PCN. She is a council member with The Practice Manager Association, which facilitates her passion for Quality Improvement, Nurse & Practice Manager development, workforce redesign, patient involvement and addressing health inequalities.
