Hill Dickinson has expertise across the full range of issues and opportunities for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). This webinar was part of our 2023 developing picture series focusing in on some of the key areas for ICBs aiming to provide insight into how issues can be managed, and opportunities explored.

This webinar, hosted by partners Esther Venning and Andrea Proudlock considers the current commercial, estates and procurement landscape for Integrated Care Boards. We discussed contracting models to drive improved outcomes and underpin delegations to other system bodies and collaboratives, and provide a brief update on the current position in relation to procurement law reforms – including the Provider Selection Regime. From the estates perspective, we considered both challenges and opportunities arising through establishment of ICBs and their involvement across the system with the wide variety of estates interests.
