Cameron Kelly

Cameron is a solicitor with 10 years’ experience of working in costs. He specialises in advising Defendants in all areas of costs law with a particular focus on clinical negligence claims.

Cameron regularly advises on high value costs claims, prepares Points of Dispute, negotiates agreements and attends detailed assessments and CCMCs in the Senior Courts Costs Office and County Courts. Cameron has a particular focus on alternative dispute resolution and leads internally on working to resolve costs swiftly by limiting or avoiding the costs traditionally associated with detailed assessment proceedings. 

Cameron graduated with a degree in law from the University of Sunderland before completing a masters degree in commercial law at Northumbria University. He went on to obtain a distinction in the LPC at the University of Law. Cameron qualified as a solicitor in February 2021.
