It's a “WIN WIN” for Hill Dickinson legal team in vessel constructive total loss claim

International maritime law firm Hill Dickinson has successfully represented clients in a claim for constructive total loss of the vessel “WIN WIN” following a prolonged detention in Indonesia that started in February 2019. Judgment was handed down by Mrs Justice Dias DBE on Monday 25 March following a four-week hearing.
 
The successful ship interests were presented by the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Piraeus, headed by partner Maria Moisidou, together with counsel from 7KBW.
