Updated Selection Questionnaire Published

PPN 03/24, published on the 27 March 2024, updates the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the statutory guidance that accompanies it, replacing PPN 03/23 and the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) with the Single Procurement Document (SPD). It also reflects certain policy changes, including updating questions relating to payment and removing reference to PAS91. 

Contracting Authorities should be advised that the new SQ must be implemented by 27 June 2024.
