Hill Dickinson has expertise across the full range of issues and opportunities for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) since their establishment. This webinar was part of our Developing Picture series focussing in on some the key areas for ICBs aiming to provide insight into those issues and how they might be addressed.

This webinar, hosted by partners Emma Stockwell and Esther Venning, together with Senior Associate, Jenna Wong, considered the current governance landscape for Integrated Care Boards. It looked at ICB functions and duties and how they can be effectively delivered focussing on key areas including the triple aim duty and delegation approaches. We provided insight from our experience to date of working with ICBs and other system bodies, and discussed what is working well and where the key challenges lie.
