London annual healthcare law update

We have pleasure in inviting you to our annual healthcare law update at which we will consider key issues and cases from 2023 and discuss challenges and issues for the year ahead.

Our Healthcare and Public Law Team (leads: Kiran Bhogal and Emma Galland) will present alongside our Commercial Healthcare (lead: Jamie Foster), Employment (lead: Fiona McLellan) and Health Litigation Teams (leads: Janet McWhinney and Rebecca Hunt).

The update will address the practical impact of case law in a number of areas including: the court of protection, inquests and claims as well as commercial and employment issues. The update will also address and highlight key areas of change and challenge for the Health and Social Care sector in 2024.

Chaired by Kiran Bhogal (Head of Healthcare and Public Law, London), you will be able to exchange ideas, best practice and personal experiences with your peers and our healthcare law experts.

We look forward to welcoming you to our event.
